  1. 5 Years of Credited Service; or
  2. 5th Anniversary of Participation (with at least 1 Hour of Covered Employment after December 31, 1987) without a Permanent Break in Service, if earlier
 

Monthly Normal Retirement Benefit

In general, sum of:

  1. $2.50 times Past Service
  2. Future Service Pension Credit (effective January 1, 2007):

    $175 per Inside Wire Credit (requires 3,000 Hours of Covered Employment since January 1, 2003), otherwise, see Appendix A

    $55 per Motor Shop Credit (requires 2,000 Hours of Covered Employment since January 1, 1997), otherwise, see Appendix A

    $90 per Neon Sign Credit earned between June 1, 1966 and December 31, 1996

  1. Single Life Annuity
  2. 50% Joint and Survivor Annuity*
  3. 66-2/3% Joint and Survivor Annuity*
  4. 100% Joint and Survivor Annuity*

    *with or without Pop-up Benefit
    Reduction Factors;
    All forms of payment except the Single Life Annuity are reduced.
