2. 5th Anniversary of Participation (with at least 1 Hour of Covered Employment after December 31, 1987) without a Permanent Break in Service, if earlier
   

In general, sum of:

1. $2.50 times Past Service
   
2. Future Service Pension Credit (effective January 1, 2007)
   
   $175 per Inside Wire Credit (also applies to future service credits earned betwen 6/1/1961 and 1/1/2007 if member accrued 3,000 hours since January 1, 2003, and does not have a Separation from Employment. Otherwise, see Appendix A.)
