1. 10 Pension Credits; and
   
2. 1,000 Inside Wire covered Hours in the 36 months immediately preceding retirement; and
   
3. 3,000 Inside Wire Hours of Pension Credit since January 1, 1996; and
   
4. Age plus Inside Wire Pension Credits is at least 85
   

Accrued Monthly Normal Retirement Benefit with no reduction.
