H. AVAILABLE COVERAGE OPTIONS

If you are eligible for extension coverage pursuant to COBRA, you may elect either Core coverage only, or both Core coverage and Non-Core coverage. “Core coverage” is medical coverage only. “Non-Core coverage” is dental and vision care coverage where applicable. If Non-Core coverage is elected in addition to Core coverage, all Non-Core coverage will be included. An individual may not elect dental or vision coverage only.
