I. Failure to File Application.

An otherwise qualified Participant is not eligible to receive a pension until the first day of the month following the date on which he files a completed application. Benefits payable prior to Normal Retirement Age are not payable until the first day of the month following your entitlement to benefits and your filing of a completed pension application form.
