H. Annual Statement of your Benefits.

Each year the Plan will send you a statement showing your current Pension Credit hours and accumulated benefit at Normal Retirement Age based on your Pension Credit earned as of December 31 of the prior year. You should review these statements for accuracy and notify the Plan in writing immediately if corrections are needed or you have any questions. If you do not receive a statement by May 31, please contact the Plan Office.
