12.11 Method of Funding.
The Plan is funded by contributions to the Plan's Trust by the Contributing Employers in accordance with the Contribution Agreements. Participants and Beneficiaries may request whether a specific employer contributes to the Plan, and any Contributing Employer's address. In addition to Employer Contributions, some Covered Individuals (including certain Retirees and COBRA beneficiaries) are required to make payment to the Plan in order to maintain coverage for benefits.
