Health and Welfare Summary Plan Description
12.2 Construction.
The validity of the Plan or any of its provisions will be determined under and construed according to ERISA and other federal laws and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the State of California. The Plan is intended to be construed as a whole, but in the event any provision of this Plan is held illegal or invalid for any reason, such determination will not affect the remaining provisions of this Plan, and the Plan will be construed and enforced as if said illegal or invalid provision had never been included.
