G. FUNDING MEDIUM AND INVESTMENTS.

Assets of the Plan are held in Trust. The Board of Trustees has delegated to Dodge & Cox, the Plan's Investment Manager, the responsibility for investing the Plan's assets that are not held in self-directed investment accounts.
