B. PLAN ADMINISTRATOR.

The Board of Trustees is the Plan Administrator of the Plan. The Board is responsible for ensuring that information regarding the Plan is reported to governmental agencies and disclosed to Plan Participants and beneficiaries in accordance with ERISA.

The Board of Trustees has engaged a professional plan manager, EISB, to provide administrative services for the Plan.
