E. VOLUNTARY ARBITRATION.

There is no right to arbitration of any adverse decision. Upon your request, however, the Trustees may, but are not required to, enter into an agreement to arbitrate a disputed claim upon your exhaustion of the Claims Procedure. Alternatively, the Board of Trustees may propose voluntary arbitration subject to your agreement. The terms of such arbitration must be mutually agreeable to you and the Board of Trustees.
