A. HOME FUND.

If you become employed in or expect to work in the jurisdiction of another IBEW Local Union you may authorize the transfer of contributions from a participating fund of that other Local Union (“Participating Fund”) to the Northern California Electrical Workers Pension Trust Fund (the “Home Fund”), which is comprised of the Northern California Electrical Workers Pension Fund (a defined benefit plan) and the San Francisco Electrical Workers Retirement Savings Fund (a defined contribution plan). Transfers pursuant to the Electrical Industry Reciprocity Agreement may be effected if:

• you are a member of IBEW Local 6 and currently have Credited Service in the Plan; or

• you are not a member of IBEW Local 6 but have accumulated credit in this Plan and do not have Credited Service in the defined benefit or defined contribution plan of the IBEW Local Union to which you belong.
