H. NOTICE OF SUSPENSION.
The Plan will notify you by first class mail if it suspends your benefits, including the reason for the suspension. You may request that the Trustees review the determination suspending your benefits in accordance with the Plan's claims and appeal procedure described in Section XIV in this booklet. When your monthly payments are suspended, you are required to notify the Plan when Prohibited Employment has ended and your benefit payments will be withheld until such notice is filed with the Plan.
