D. LIMITED WORK ALLOWED AFTER AGE 65.

After your Normal Retirement Age, your benefits will be suspended only if you return to work in the Electrical Industry for 40 or more hours in a month, and only if you work:

1. in the ten counties comprising the San Francisco Bay Area: San Francisco, Alameda, San Mateo, Contra Costa, Marin, Solano, Napa, Santa Clara, Sonoma and San Benito;

2. in work of the type performed by Employees covered by the Plan on date your retirement benefits commenced (or would have commenced but for this provision); and

3. directly or indirectly use of the same skills employed by Employees on the date your benefits commenced (or would have commenced), including any supervision of employees in the same trade or craft or directly or indirectly using the same skills as Employees covered by the Plan on the date your benefits commenced (or would have commenced).
