E. ELECTRONIC DEPOSIT OF BENEFIT PAYMENTS.

Retirees and Beneficiaries may have their monthly benefit deposited electronically directly into an account at a bank, savings and loan, credit union, or other financial institution. You must complete the form and return it to the Plan Office to indicate the bank or other financial institution to receive your electronic deposit.
