G. INCOMPLETE INFORMATION/FALSE STATEMENTS.

If you fail to provide information or give false information to verify disability, age, beneficiary information, marital status or other vital information, payment of your benefits may be delayed.

If you make a false statement to the Plan or other officials regarding the payment of benefits or other issues related to the Plan, you will be liable to the Plan for any benefits paid in reliance on such false statements or information, and any attorneys fees and costs incurred in effecting recovery or which were incurred as a result of the false statement or information. This includes but is not limited to costs incurred by the Plan Office, reasonable attorney fees, and interest charges. The Plan may deduct any such fees and costs from any benefits otherwise payable to you or other persons.
