D. NO ASSIGNMENTS.

You may not pledge any part of your individual account balance as security or collateral for a loan or otherwise transfer your rights. Moreover, your benefits are exempt from the claims of creditors, such as garnishments or executions, except for certain divorce and child support orders as set forth in Paragraph C above and certain Internal Revenue Code liens if your benefits are in pay status.
