B. EXERCISING AN ELECTION TO SELF DIRECT INVESTMENTS

Once you have satisfied the requirements for self-directing investments in you individual account, you may direct the investment of all or any portion of your account. If you direct the investment of less than 100% of your account, the trustees will continue to invest the remainder of your account in the Dodge & Cox Trustee Directed portfolio.

Future contributions made on your behalf will be automatically allocated in accordance with your allocation instructions for your individual account, unless you specifically instruct otherwise. You may change your instructions both with respect to the investment of the current balance in your account as well as the allocation of future contributions, at any time.
