Retirement Savings Plan Design Element

On January 1, 2007, the Money Purchase Plan was converted to a Profit Sharing Plan. The Plan is now called the "Retirement Savings Plan". In general, most of the rules and regulations of the new Plan are identical to the old Plan. So, for reference purposes, the Summary Plan Description (SPD) for the old Plan is being left online until the new SPD is ready. It is very important that if you have any critical benefit questions or are preparing to retire in the near future, be sure to contact the Plan Office regarding any provisions which may have changed.
