Future amendments to the Plan may have to be made from time to time to comply with Congressional action, rulings by federal agencies, and other changes deemed appropriate by the Trustees. Such amendments may change or otherwise affect the contents of this booklet. You will be notified if significant amendments to the Plan are made. Before you decide to retire and file an application for your benefits, you should contact the Plan Office to determine if there have been amendments to the Plan since this booklet was published that may affect your retirement plans.
