RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN

Dear Participant:

We are pleased to provide this restated Plan booklet, known as a Summary Plan Description, of the San Francisco Electrical Workers Retirement Savings Plan. The Plan covers members of IBEW Local Union 6 who work in classification under a collective bargaining agreement which requires contributions to the Plan. Along with other pension benefits you have earned, the Plan is designed to provide additional financial security for you and your family upon retirement.

This booklet provides a summary description of the Plan. The booklet is intended only to highlight the key features of the Plan. The formal text of the Plan controls eligibility, benefit payments, participation, administration and all other aspects concerning your retirement savings benefits. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict between this booklet and the Plan, the Plan will govern.

A separate Trust Agreement has been entered into between IBEW Local 6 and the San Francisco Electrical Contractors Association, which sets forth the duties of the Trustees, among other provisions.

The Plan was established as of January 1, 2007, as a successor to the Northern California Electrical Workers Money Purchase Plan. This booklet encompasses all amendments through January 1, 2007. Where appropriate, this booklet will describe provisions of the Money Purchase Plan that continue to apply to individual account balance accumulated during the existence of that Plan.

You should read this booklet carefully and keep it for future reference.
